Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all handles, lids, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
